Paul Rinaldi

President and CEO

A former 16-year Air Traffic Controller at Washington Dulles International Airport and 12-year (4 term) President of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, NATCA, from 2009 to 2021. Paul also held positions on both the NextGen Advisory Committee (NAC), the FAA Management Council (NAC) and also was elected vice president of the AFL-CIO’s labor federation’s Executive Council. Paul is currently serving his first term as Vice President of the Global Air Traffic Controllers Alliance, “The Alliance” representing over 30,000 Aviation Safety Professionals around the world. Paul is also currently the President and Founder of Rinaldi Consultants LLC.
