Hotel Reservations

Airspace World 2024 is being held at Palexpo in Geneva. It is walking distance from Geneva Airport and a six-minute train journey to the city centre. Palexpo Hotel Reservations is the official accommodation partner for this event. For hotel bookings or enquiries please email info@palexpohotelreservation.ch

Geneva Transport Card

Anyone with a Geneva hotel reservation is entitled to receive a personal, non-transferable Geneva Transport Card free of charge. This card allows the use of the whole Geneva public transportation system for the length of your stay including buses, trams, trains, and Mouettes (the yellow taxi-boats).

Single room reservations are eligible for one card, while double or twin rooms are eligible for two.

You will receive an email from Geneva Tourism approximately three days prior to your first night’s stay, with instructions on how to validate your Geneva Transport Card. In case you don’t receive such an email, check first with the person who arranged your accommodation or directly with your hotel, or ask for details upon checking in at reception.

Hotel Shuttles

Most hotels within the vicinity of Palexpo run a hotel shuttle between the hotel and the airport. The airport is a 15-minute walk from Palexpo. For a list of which hotels provide shuttle buses and the frequency click here.


Marriott, Mövenpick and Crowne Plaza additionally also stop at Palexpo, and run every 20 minutes.

During your time at Airspace World 2024, take the opportunity to explore the culture and history of Switzerland’s largest historical city while delving into the futuristic part of Geneva with its impressive CERN scientific museum.

The city is also a shoppers’ paradise, and host to world-class local and international cuisine and top entertainment spots.

Getting to the Venue

By Public Transport:

Palexpo is a ten-minute walk from the airport and its railway station, where trains provide connections to all areas of Switzerland (Geneva in less than 10 minutes, Lausanne in 40 minutes and Zurich in less than 3 hours). Beat the traffic by using a train to get to our events hassle-free!

For your convenience five restaurants are located within the Airspace World exhibition, they will be open during exhibition hours

Visa Details

We advise you to check with your local Swiss consulate, embassy or visa issuing authority on the requirements to enter Switzerland. For anyone requiring an invitation letter, or proof of registration to apply for a visa, this service will be available when we launch registration for Airspace World 2024 delegates later in 2023. When you come to register, simply select the “Visa invitation” tick box and complete the required fields in full. An invitation letter will be sent by email upon completing your registration.
