Speaker Bio

A 26-year veteran Air Traffic Controller who began his career in Pitt Meadows tower around the time that the ANSP was transitioning from a government run enterprise to privately run one. After a year in Pitt Meadows, Nick began specialty training in the Vancouver ACC (Victoria Terminal) where he worked for the next 8 years before moving to work in Vancouver Tower until 2020. In 2020, Nick made the transition to a full-time union position in the role of Regional vice-president for the Pacific region of CATCA. In May 2022, Nick assumed the role of interim President of CATCA and on July 1st, he will begin my 3-year term as President of CATCA.
