Speaker Bio

Marius Münstermann is Vice President ATC at Rohde & Schwarz. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the group’s global business with innovative turnkey solutions for Civil ATC & Air operations control enabling safe & secure skies.
In 2013, Marius joined Rohde & Schwarz in its Cybersecurity division in Berlin, responsible for sales&business development of encryption and secure communication solutions for government and critical infrastructure such as railway and energy sector. In 2018 he relocated to Munich and joined R&S headquarter as Sales Director for Air Traffic Control before taking over his current role in 2021.
Prior to joining Rohde & Schwarz, he held various Key Account Management & Business Development roles both in Germany and South Africa, among other with Lufthansa German Airlines. Marius is an avid traveler and has a passion for Aviation. Marius holds a Master’s degree in Business Management & Economics from Witten/Herdecke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Finance from Berlin School of Economics and Law.
