Christophe Rouquie’s professional journey spans two major phases, reflecting a broad and diverse experience across both the private and public sectors. The first phase of his career was spent at France Telecom/Orange, where he developed a strong foundation in large-scale IT environments, transformation initiatives, and service delivery. The second phase has been dedicated to public service through various ministerial roles, including positions within the Ministries of Finance, Social Affairs, and currently the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition.
