Tomorrow’s Voices was an initiative designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders in aviation, air traffic management (ATM), and aerospace.
Through a dynamic programme of panels, workshops, tours, and interactive activities, the initiative spotlighted emerging talent, offered insights into career pathways, and explored the evolving needs of tomorrow’s aviation workforce. Tomorrow’s Voices formed a key part of the CATS Global Council initiative, aimed at engaging the next generation of aviation professionals and fostering a more inclusive, future-ready aviation community.
The 2025 programme was delivered in collaboration with SESAR Engage 2, Firstfruits, and our sponsors: EUROCONTROL, Skyguide, CAAS, and Viasat.

SESAR Engage 2 Thematic Workshop: Future Workforce in the Era of New ATM Entrants (By invitation only)
Within the Engage 2 network four Thematic Challenges have been identified. The Thematic Challenge #4 is dedicated to new entrants in the ATM system. This interactive workshop explores the future of aviation careers in response to these new emerging challenges.
Participants will explore new skills requirements, industry’s pathways, and strategies to inspire young talents in aviation. The workshop will start with presentations from projects working within the Thematic Challenge #4 to highlight the changes shaping the sector.
In the second part of the workshop, participants will engage in hands-on breakout sessions using interacting tools developed by Engage 2.
A close-out discussion will conclude the workshop.

Breakfast with CEO’s
This informal breakfast event with top aviation leaders is designed to break down hierarchies and foster real, open conversations. It’s a chance to get candid advice, ask questions, and hear about the challenges and opportunities in aviation from people who’ve been there.
Inspirational Tours
In small guided groups, participants visited a selection of exhibitor booths to explore career opportunities and innovations across various segments of aviation. These Inspirational Tours offered direct exposure to the technologies, operations, and roles shaping the future of the industry.
Attendees took part in curated small-group tours across selected exhibitor booths. These guided visits introduced participants to real-world technologies, professional roles, and career pathways—from operations to innovation, human-centred design to regulation. Those who completed at least three tours were entered into a draw to win a €100 voucher for online training courses.
Airspace World Scavenger Hunt
Designed to make exploration engaging and enjoyable, the Tomorrow’s Voices Scavenger Hunt took participants on a discovery journey across Airspace World. Young professionals worked in teams to complete challenges, engage with key exhibitors, and uncover insights into the industry’s innovation landscape. It proved a valuable opportunity to network, learn, and win prizes — all while building meaningful connections across the aviation community.
