Tomorrow’s Voices is an initiative designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders in aviation, air traffic management (ATM), and aerospace.
Through a series of panels, workshops, tours, and interactive activities, we will spotlight emerging talent, share insights on career pathways, and explore what the industry needs from tomorrow’s workforce. Tomorrow’s Voices is a key part of the CATS Global Council initiative, designed to engage the next generation of aviation professionals and foster a more inclusive, future-ready aviation community.

SESAR Engage 2 Thematic Workshop: Future Workforce in the Era of New Entrants (By invitation only)
Within the Engage 2 network four Thematic Challenges have been identified. The Thematic Challenge #4 is dedicated to new entrants in the ATM system. This interactive workshop explores the future of aviation careers in response to these new emerging challenges.
Participants will explore new skills requirements, industry’s pathways, and strategies to inspire young talents in aviation. The workshop will start with presentations from projects working within the Thematic Challenge #4 to highlight the changes shaping the sector.
In the second part of the workshop, participants will engage in hands-on breakout sessions using interacting tools developed by Engage 2.
A close-out discussion will conclude the workshop.

Designed to make exploration engaging and fun, the Tomorrow’s Voices Scavenger Hunt will take participants on a discovery journey across Airspace World. Young professionals will work in teams to complete challenges, interact with key exhibitors, and uncover insights about the industry’s innovation landscape. A great opportunity to network, learn, and win prizes — all while building connections across the aviation community.

Tomorrow’s Voices is a joint initiative by Firstfruits and CANSO that amplifies the voices of the next generation in aviation. Through surveys, focus groups, and live presentations at Airspace World 2025, the initiative captures the views of students and young professionals from the Gen Z cohort.
