Air traffic Department (AZANS) is the air navigation service provider of the Azerbaijan Republic, providing ANS services under the governance of the “Azerbaijan Hava Yollari” CJSC with over 700 employees.
Around 210 air traffic controllers guide more than 150 thouthands flights in a year, up to 600 flights per day. AZANS provides ATS at 8 international airports, 2 domestic airports. AZANS operates 5 ACC sectors, 4 APP sectors and 10 TWRs.
