Speaker Bio

Vilmos started his ATM career as military tower and approach air traffic controller, and spent 12 years in operational and senior desk officer positions of the Hungarian Air Force and the Ministry of Defence. Vilmos joined HungaroControl in 2012, where he spent a decade for external relations, FAB CE program management and cooperation with military stakeholders. Since March 2023, Vilmos has been seconded to EUROCONTROL Network Manager Directorate Airspace and Capacity Division. Vilmos holds a PhD from University of Public Services Budapest in military engineering (investigation of the development and application of remote air navigation services in civil and state aviation).
