Human Factors Lead Consultant
Having a scientific background in Work and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Takacs’s research expertise lies in supporting teamwork and standard team performance in high risk environments, during routine and emergency task phases. As a practitioner, she works as a Human Factor Lead Consultant at Deep Blue, where she is involved in research and consultancy projects in the aviation sector, mainly focusing on the exploration of future skills and competences and related training & career paths.
