Speaker Bio

Tobias Finck received his master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2016 from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany). Since 2016 he is a researcher at the Institution of Flight Guidance of the German Aerospace Center (DLR e.V.). Since 2017, he is part of the Flight Centric ATC team. Within SESAR2020 he acted as deputy Solution Lead and was responsible for the deliverable of serval documentst. His current research focuses on the development of Flight Centric ATC for an ECAC-wide Flight Centric concept including the design of a new radar HMI and the concept on how aircraft shall be allocated to the controllers. Since June 2023 he is the Project Lead of the SESAR3 FCA project.
