Speaker Bio

Pierre Jouniaux has 30 years of experience in aviation safety and airline operations,
In particular, he worked 12 years for the French BEA as an accident investigator.

Building on this extensive experience, Pierre funded Safety Line in 2011, a start-up which aimed at building on the use of big data to enhance the safety and efficiency of flight operations.

In 2021, SITA acquired Safety Line, and he is now managing sustainability, efficiency and safety related projects at SITA for Aircraft.

Pierre holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from ENAC, the French Civil Aviation School and is a former airline pilot.
