Speaker Bio

Miho Itoh has over 20 years’ experience in various ATM-related positions at JANS. She worked as an air traffic controller at several airports and as an Air Traffic Management Officer at Air Traffic Management Center (ATMC). Later, she was in charge of ATFM at the HQ of JANS and has participated in discussions on the development of ATFM in the APAC region.

She also been involved in ATM system development work based on experience of an air traffic controller. With this background, she is currently working as a Special Assistant to the Director in the ATC Data System Office, ANS Planning Division, ANS Department at JANS. She is mainly responsible for systems related to ATFM, oceanic traffic control and datalink
