Speaker Bio

Andrew Hately is a senior researcher in the Drone unit at the EUROCONTROL Innovation Hub in France. He was the technical coordinator of the CORUS and CORUS-XUAM (CORUS extension for Urban Air Mobility ) projects which respectively produced and updated the concept of operation for U-space, Europe’s UTM system. Andrew also participates in the U-ELCOME project which is implementing U-space in Spain, Italy and France and as part of the project EUROCONTROL is leading the writing a handbook for U-space implementation with a focus on Harmonisation.
