Event details

Faced by a continually rising and volatile cybersecurity threat-landscape, standards enable individual resilience while regulations like EASA Part-IS for ATM/ANS raise an entire industry to a level of being able to collaboratively enhance civil aviation resilience (ground to air). With EASAs latest Easy Access Rules (EAR), for Air Traffic Management/Air Navigation Services (ATM/ANS) Equipment (Regulations (EU) 2023/1769 & (EU) 2023/1768), security for safety is extended to ground and space equipment and systems.

With ‘Safety First’ now incorporating information security, the game changes for safety compliance and accountable managers as well as for cybersecurity. Airbus Protect will share what it takes, the potential synergies and benefits of addressing security and safety by breaking silos and how the compliance investments can be addressed to yield significant returns.
