Business Development and Operations Manager (Australia)

John “Teddy” Woodhouse is a training and simulation specialist with background spanning Air Traffic Control operations and education system design. He is currently Business Development and Operations Manager (Aus) at Adacel Technologies, where he works with ANSPs and Defence organisations to modernise ATC training through the intelligent integration of simulation, part-task training, and Training Management Systems. A former RAAF Controller and instructor, Teddy has led simulator introduction programs, aviation screening and motivation initiatives, and large-scale military training activities in Australia, the United States, and operational deployments. He is the author of Adacel’s Proficiency Cycle training model, which applies learning science to optimise skill acquisition through strategic use of part-task trainers, adaptive learning, and full-immersion simulation.
