Senior Manager for Airspace

Rafael Pecos Macías is an aerospace engineer, specialised in air navigation and airports with over 2 decades of experience in the field of aviation. He is the former Head of Airspace Operational Coordination Dept. for New Entrants & Non-standard Operations Management at ENAIRE, where he led a team of 27 people. He is also a former representative in the Technical Task Force of CANSO Europe, former representative in the ICAO’s Instrument Flight Procedures Panel of experts, and other working teams related to PBN at European and ICAO level.

In his current role as Senior Manager for Airspace at Murzilli Consulting, he provides services in ANSP-CAA-MAA-NSA relations, European and national certification processes and regulatory strategy.
