Oscar is the Director at Indra (Spain) responsible for the iTEC collaboration and ATM innovation including SESAR. He graduated as Master Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1996. He seats in the iTEC alliance Steering Committee and the EUROCAE Council.
Oscar has 25+ years of experience leading International Projects in the ATM and Defense sectors.
