Michele D’Onofrio

Techno Sky

Head of UAS Fleet Management

Michele D’Onofrio holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Since 2017 he has supported several UAS R&D projects as UAS Project Manager at Techno Sky. He leads a project on the use of drones for NAVAIDS inspections at airports, mainly for near-ground ILS maintenance and CNS infrastructure inspection and monitoring. Since 2022, he has been Head of the UAS Fleet Management department at Techno Sky, dealing with the management of the UAS fleet and maintaining the company’s certification as a UAS operator. He is also the head of drone operations and a certified BVLOS drone pilot.
