President & CEO

Justin has been a leader in aviation, aerospace & defense, and homeland security over a distinguished 28-year career, including his pivotal role helping set up TSA after 9/11.

He co-founded and is CEO of Airspace Data, which automates how militaries, ANSPs, and industry share airspace to increase efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance military readiness.

At TSA and in industry, Justin engages with stakeholders and policy makers to understand, design to, and execute on solutions to satisfy their divergent interests. This has been central in his career and is fundamental to Airspace Data’s success to date.

Justin resides in Chicago with his wife and two young sons, and spends much of his non-work time coaching sports.
