Aviation Director
Dr Juraj Jirku is a Director at Egis and a senior aviation economist with over 20 years of experience supporting Air Navigation Service Providers, regulators and international institutions on economic regulation, performance planning and strategic decision-making. He specialises in cost-efficiency analysis, benchmarking interpretation, charging and cost allocation methodologies, and regulatory financial modelling across the Single European Sky performance framework.
Juraj has advised numerous European ANSPs on RP2, RP3 and RP4 performance plans, business planning and investment appraisal, and has extensive experience working in multinational and regulatory environments, including as Programme Support Office Manager for FAB Central Europe. His current work focuses on improving the robustness and interpretability of performance assessments by linking economic indicators with operational and environmental realities. He regularly supports stakeholders in navigating complex performance and governance discussions at both national and European level.
