Juan Antonio Lombo Moruno is Air Traffic controller and Head of ATC Training at ENAIRE.
He is currently responsible for:
• Unit, continuous and career development ATC training Certificate for ENAIRE.

• Coordination and analysis of the training needs of ENAIRE ATC personnel, to develop and implement the Training Plans for ATC.
  • Management of the ATCF Division’s digitalization projects and tools to support the evaluation and training of ATC controllers:
  o GammaSIM, ATC simulator (3D and VR versions)
  o HECCO, digital compliance of ATC competency tool
  o CEFIRO, digital On-the-Job training monitoring and assessment tool
  • TRM Office Manager, responsible for National TRM programme at ENAIRE
  • ATC Training representative in Fatigue & Stress Risk Management System ENAIRE´s Group
  His aeronautical operational background encompasses both ATC and pilot functions. Besides the operational side as an ATCO at Alicante TWR or Barcelona ACC, he was a former fighter pilot in the SAF (Spanish Air Force) for 15 years, flying for more than 2000 hours in RF4 Phantom and EF18 Hornet.
