Mr. Howard Greaves is the Deputy Director General, Air Navigation Services at the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA). With over thirty-one years’ experience in Air Navigation Services, Mr. Greaves has garnered a wealth of knowledge in the aviation industry, particularly in the development, planning and operations of air navigation facilities and services. He holds a valid ATC licence in Area and Approach Radar and a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
