Associate Director

David Miller is the Associate Director of C2 and Tracking at BlueHalo. He is an accomplished Senior-level Systems Architect with more than 28 years specializing in full life-cycle development of complex systems. His most recent career focus has been the development of air traffic management systems and other systems related to the air traffic industry. Mr. Miller’s career started in the United States Marine Corps beginning his career in aviation and has worked for multiple firms in complex program development, engineering, software engineering, and program management.
