Speaker Bio

Bartosz Orłowski is the Director of Air Traffic Services at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA). An experienced military and civilian air traffic controller, he has been working in the Agency since 2011 and holds an ATCO licence since 2006. Throughout his career he has held key operational and training leadership roles, including Deputy Director of PANSA’s Training Office, Head of ATC/FIS Training Delivery, OJT Training Team Leader at EPWA Tower and Deputy Head of Warsaw TWR.

Bartosz is also an active SEPL pilot and certified OJT instructor, strongly engaged in aviation education. His dual operational perspective – combining controller and pilot experience – allows him to translate ATC requirements into pilot language, enhancing operational culture and contributing to safer flight operations across the Polish airspace.

He is a graduate of the Polish Air Force Officers’ College and the National Defence University.
