Head of Civil Military Cooperation

Adrian Codi serves as head of the civil-military coordination at ROMATSA. He brings extensive experience at the intersection of military aviation, civil air traffic management, and European airspace governance.

Previously, he held senior roles within the Romanian military aeronautical system, including Director of the Military Aeronautical Authority, overseeing regulatory oversight, certification, and coordination of military aviation activities.

In his current position, he leads civil-military coordination efforts related to airspace management and operational procedures. His work ensures the safe, efficient, and coordinated use of airspace through close collaboration between civil and military stakeholders. At the European level, he represents ROMATSA in civil-military cooperation forums, such as EUROCONTROL CMSC and MAB, and contributes to SESAR initiatives focused on airspace management, UAS/U-space integration, and future ATM concepts.
