In this session we will learn How the Network performed in Summer 2023 against the 4 Key Network Priorities? We will consider the proposals for managing Summer 2024 in the Network notably the increased efforts in handling the Convective Weather events at a Network Level, and how the 4 other Key priorities can be delivered – Prioritising First Rotation, Disciplined Flight Plan Execution, Delivering agreed Capacities, and Realistic Schedules including Turnaround Times.
