Claus Wilkens

Claus Wilkens studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany. In 2008, he received the Diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering from the TU Braunschweig.
From April 2008 to June 2012, he worked as a project scientist in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) group at the Institute of Aerospace Systems of the TU Braunschweig. His research focused on navigation applications for Mini and Micro Aerial Vehicles, including sensor data fusion of inertial and satellite navigation measurements.
Since August 2012 he has been working at the Competence Center Flight Inspection Systems (CC-F) of the Aerodata AG in Braunschweig, Germany. His main fields of work are:
§ Management of research and development projects for small uncrewed aircraft systems, and for GBAS flight inspection.
§ Development of multi-constellation GNSS based, precise position reference algorithms (RTK / PDGNSS).
§ Flight inspection and flight guidance algorithms.
§ Flight inspection training.
§ Drone remote pilot (EU Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency A1/A2/A3)

Ricardo Orozco Delgado

Ricardo Orozco Delgado is a seasoned professional in
aviation technology field, currently serving as Director of
Technical Area at SENEAM (Servicios a la Navegación en el
Espacio Aéreo Mexicano). With a rich background in
engineering and communication systems. He has held
significant roles including Director of Engineering and Head
of Communications Systems.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has been part of the
installation of navigation infrastructure, communication,
and surveillance systems at prominent airports such as
AIFA, Tulum, and Acapulco. He is currently engaged in
projects aimed at updating and enhancing critical systems
such as satellite station networks and communication
systems.
Moreover, Ricardo Orozco Delgado is at the forefront of
innovation in aviation technology. He leads the monitoring
and measurement drone project for radio aid in Mexico,
demonstrating his commitment to leveraging cutting-edge
technological solutions for enhancing safety and efficiency
in navigation throughout Mexican airspace.

Frederic Lecat

Frédéric Lecat has been chairing the Working Group 3 (Target architecture, infrastructure and service delivery model) for the 2024 ATM Master Plan revision campaign since October 2023. Over his 20 years of service at DSNA, Frederic held management responsibilities for programmes and projects ranging from IT, management of the portfolio of datalink products, deployment of ATM systems and SWIM services to U-space Partnerships and sustainable mobility management. He also contributed different international or regional task forces for harmonization or standardization (AEEC, Eurocaé, ICAO EUR SWIM project Team). In Asia Pacific, he served from 2013 to 2017 as CNS Regional Officer and audit team member in air navigation services area for ICAO. With over 25 years of experience, Frederic holds a CNS/ATM engineering degree and a recent Master degree in data science and sociology from Gustave Eiffel (Paris) and Amsterdam universities.

Javier Camacho Font

Javier Camacho Font is Senior Research Engineer for Applied Research and Technology (ART) – an entity of Collins Aerospace in Cork, Ireland. He holds a Masters’ degree in Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems and an MBA.

Javier’s deep-seated passion for drones drives his commitment to advancing the industry, participating in various influential groups, including EUROCAE, and actively engaging in regulatory workshops and conferences.

With nearly 3 years of dedicated involvement in the U-Space/UTM ecosystem, Javier serves as the technical lead for the EALU-AER SESAR project. Prior to this, he accumulated valuable experience in U-Space R&D projects, including AMU-LED, BAUD, SAMVA, SAFIR-med amongst others during his time as Project M. Engineer and Business Development at EHang Europe & LatAm.

Javier has been widely involved in eVTOL certification processes and has a extensive experience managing different UAS operations. He continues to be involved in securing flight authorizations, working with different Civil Aviation Authorities worldwide such as Swarm formations & complex eVTOL flights. He holds multiple licenses related to this domain such as A1/A3, A2, STS-01 & STS-02 EASA Drone Pilot licenses as well as a Radiophonist license enabling communication with ATC.

Patrycja Ekner Bohlin

Patrycja Ekner Bohlin is the Head of Market and Communications at Saab Safety and Security Solutions Business Unit, bringing with her extensive experience in marketing and communications garnered over years of work with multinational corporations and start-ups.

Since 2023, Patrycja has led global communications for Air Traffic Management at Saab Safety and Security Solutions. As the communications head for the ATM Digital tower or r-TWR product line, she drives activities to meet the needs of civil and military customers.

Serge Bagieu

Serge BAGIEU is an ATM engineer professional with over 35 years’ experience of working in the profit and non-profit sectors, including fifteen years in air traffic management.
After 20 year in Airbus design office as ATM architect and Strategy, Serge joined EUROCONTROL in 2009 and the SESAR Joint Undertaking in 2011 as Program Manager, where he has been responsible for portfolio of projects in En Route and TMA domains and is currently chairman of the Content Integration Team (CIT) for the 2024 ATM Master Plan update campaign

Tomasz Kłosowicz

Tomasz Kłosowicz is a Vice Director of the PwC Drone Powered Solutions – Global Center of Excellence in Drone and Satellite Technologies.
Before joining PwC, for 5 years he served as the Head of Business Development at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), as well as worked with different Counter-UAS system and service providers.
Within the consultancy practice, he focuses on strategic advisory and operations consulting.

He is a College of Europe (Bruges) graduate and an MBA candidate from the Polish Academy of Sciences (Institute of Economic Studies).

Aleksander Buczkowski

Aleksander Buczkowski is a Director leading the PwC Drone Powered Solutions – Global Centre of Excellence in Drone and Satellite Technologies.

Within the consultancy practice, he focuses on strategic advisory, technology consulting, as well as software and data analytics. Over the years he worked with governments and organizations on 6 continents.

He is a licensed BVLOS drone pilot, Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies, and an MBA graduate from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

Marouan Chida

Marouan is the Head of Air Traffic Management (ATM) Transformation in EUROCONTROL (the pan-European, civil-military organisation dedicated to supporting European aviation).
He is responsible for maintaining the European ATM Master plan, the prioritization of future modernisation investments, and is leveraging European resources (expertise, data and technology) to support decision makers in the strategic transformation of ATM (Digitalisation, Sustainability, Drones, Civil/Military, CNS, Artificial Intelligence…). In this context Marouan is the EUROCONTROL representative for the ICAO Global Air Navigation plan activities and international coordination on the matter.
Before joining EUROCONTROL, Marouan assumed the responsibility of Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation in the SESAR Joint Undertaking. He oversaw the strategic Research & Innovation portfolio and led the European aviation digitalisation agenda and its related technological innovations (ATM/UTM, CNS, avionics, autonomy, artificial intelligence, connectivity). He was involved in international coordination with global partners towards global interoperability.
Marouan is experienced in advanced ATM concepts, avionics and ground systems, involved in technology and architecture development across the aviation value chain. In his early career, he worked for AIRBUS, where he led ATM & avionics development teams.
He graduated from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC), the French school of civil aviation, where he achieved an engineering degree in civil aviation as well as a master’s degree in air-ground collaborative systems engineering.

Niclas Gustavsson

Niclas is a trained systems engineer and commercial pilot. Starting with Navaids flight inspection he has worked in many positions at LFV (the ANSP of Sweden), from manager of LFV research & development and various support functions to international contracts and commercial development and commercial and international affairs director. Being part of the transformation of LFV to a commercially oriented ANSP. Since 2016, he is Vice President for Business development and Governmental affairs in Saab Digital Air Traffic Solutions AB focussing on developing and driving the Remote/ Digital ATS market globally by integrating system knowledge with operational and ANSP management know how. In parallel, Niclas is Product Sales Responsible for Saab ATM Digital tower or r-TWR product line, thus driving the overall concept and product evolution to meet the needs for our existing and new civil and military customers.
