Craig Drew

Craig Drew is the former Senior Vice President of Air Operations at Southwest Airlines, and before that a pilot for more than 30 years. Craig served on numerous FAA panels and boards, today advises several companies in aviation and aerospace, and teaches aviation safety at Arizona State University.

Clive McNabb

Clive McNabb has more than 20 years’ aviation experience, working together with airlines and handling agents both in operational, IT and consultancy roles. He currently holds the position in NACO Smart Aviation group, of Airport Digitalization Lead. Previously Clive worked for more than 7 years in an international business development role, with an OEM supplying passenger security and baggage handling solutions.
Clive is actively pursuing interesting new sustainable business models, evolving from the introduction of new fuels and aircraft and how data and digital solutions will inform and support aviation stakeholders as a result.

Chris Collings

Chris Collings is General Manager of

portfolio provides enterprise network
communications and data services to
the Federal Aviation Administration,

customers.
Prior to this role, Collings was director
of Air Traffic Management Business
Development for the Mission
Networks sector. He led the business
in creating strategic growth
opportunities and developing pursuit
and capture strategies for
communications and networking
solutions for the Federal Aviation
Administration, the global air
navigation service providers, as well
as defense and security customers.

Richard Parker

Richard Parker is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Altitude Angel, the world’s leading UTM (Unified Traffic Management) and U-Space technology provider, delivering solutions enabling the safe integration of drones into airspace.

Sarah Ladure

Sarah is the Volans® Product Manager; in this role, she is responsible for training and product support in-house and with clients worldwide. She has managed training for multiple organizations, including airports and air service navigation providers to model existing and proposed procedures and airspace. Using Volans, Sarah provides comprehensive flight procedure evaluation and analysis using her ability to design and translate complex flight procedures into videos and images. Additionally, she supports the Federal Aviation Administration’s Community Engagement efforts related to airspace modernization by creating 3D videos and procedure modeling for use in virtual and in-person meetings.

Henry Cáceres

Expert in Aeronautical Data and Information management, having worked in Central America and in Europe for more than 20 years in all areas related to AIS/AIM and in the EAD context. Current member of the AIXM CCB, Digital NOTAM AG, Digital Data Sets AG and participating in different regional forums of discussion in regards to aeronautical information.

Daniel Polo

My name is Daniel Polo Álvarez. I studied two degrees at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Aerospace Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering, what allowed me to be hired at Indra as a System Engineer in the R&D Projects area within SESAR Programme. Throughout these three years I have participated in the development of the Phase Shift Keying technology for ADS-B, validating its technical feasibility. Currently, I am participating in the development of a new feature for ADS-B to authenticate the messages broadcasted by an aircraft.

Mat Winter

• Mat Winter is the President of Winter Strategic Solutions, LLC, a Small Business firm providing technology and business advice to senior defense, private sector companies, non-profits and academic leaders. He retired as a U.S. Navy Vice Admiral, having served as the 24th Chief of Naval Research/Director of Innovation and as the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Director where he ran the Defense Department’s largest acquisition enterprise in history with $30 billion dollars annual budget. Prior Flag leadership roles also include the Program Executive Officer for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons, as well as the Commander for Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division.

Yasudha Sahi

Yasudha is the Lead for Air Traffic Management Systems / Communication Navigation and Surveillance (ATM/CNS) and Meteorological Systems in NACO and Special Airport Systems (SAS) Consultant based in The Hague, Netherlands.
Yasudha has been involved in the development of designs and expertise for Air Traffic Management Systems and Meteorological Systems within NACO. She has acted as design coordinator and project manager for multidisciplinary projects.
