My professional activities have been focused on Aeronautical and Aeroespacial Operations and Management.
In 2021 I become the Director of Business Development and Institutional Relations of the brand new initiative Startical, a joint venture of ENAIRE (the Spanish ANSP) and Indra to launch a constellation of satellites into orbit that will provide VHF Comms and ADS-B from space.

Previously, since 2005, I developed my career in ENAIRE, the Spanish Air Navigation Service Provider as a professional in the field of Satellite-Based Navigation. Responsible of the European GNSS System EGNOS Unit in Spain.
Involved in the GNSS department projects such as performance validation and interference detection, GBAS implementation, GNSS R&D and PBN.
