Speaker Bio

Iliyana Simeonova is a Project Manager at EUROCONTROL. Her responsibilities include coordinating the EUREKA project, which is paving the way for vertiports. Previously, she served as a deputy project manager and fast time simulation expert in various Air Traffic Management projects. Iliyana started her 15-year aviation career by earning a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from the Louvain School of Engineering in Belgium. She also holds a Master of Aeronautical Engineering degree from the Sofia School of Engineering.
