Speaker Bio

Currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at NAV CANADA, Diana started her career as an air traffic controller in 2001 with the same company. During her tenure, she has had increasingly prominent roles within the organization, including Assistant Vice President Corporate Planning & Performance, and was most recently the Vice President and Chief Safety & Quality Officer. Diana attained her Executive MBA from Ivey Business school at Western University in 2021 and is the Vice Chair of the CANSO HR Working group, a member of the CD Howe Human Capital Policy Council, and sits on the Governing Body of the Evanta Executive Leadership Community of Toronto. She lives in Ottawa with her husband and two teenage daughters.
