Speaker Bio

Véronique Travers Sutter is EUROCONTROL’s Head of Integrated Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Unit. In this role, she leads Europe wide efforts to modernise and strengthen CNS infrastructure, with a strong focus on resilience, digitalisation and system interoperability across the pan European ATM network. The aeronautical engineer is a recognised expert on Global Navigation Satellite System resilience and interference, datalink services and future CNS. Her unit also oversees the role of the CNS Programme Manager appointed by the European Commission, responsible for coordinating the implementation of European CNS related initiatives in support of the Single European Sky. Prior to joining EUROCONTROL Véronique worked for Airbus, and earlier on for Thales and SAFRAN.
