Speaker Bio

Thibaud Figueroa has spent over a decade working in and around air traffic management, from innovation management at DSNA to leading its data transformation as Chief Data Officer. Trained both as an air traffic controller and as a civil aviation engineer at ENAC, he is also an Executive MBA alumnus from HEC Paris. In 2025, he served as Senior aviation advisor to the French Minister of Transports, and he now leads innovation at Thales Air Mobility Solutions.
