Speaker Bio

Since Pascal joined Thales in 1999, he had the opportunity to work in different areas of the Air Traffic Management domain in particular Air Traffic Control Equipment from design to deployment for several Air Navigation Service Providers around the world.
He was also involved in the standardisation by actively contributing to several EUROCAE and RTCA working groups and in the SESAR R&D program since the beginning especially related to Air-Ground Datalink and Trajectory Based Operations. In 2022, he joined the EUROCAE Technical Advisory Committee as Ground Equipment representative. More recently, he took with EASA, the co-chair role of the EUROCAE WG-130 to support the new Ground Equipment Conformity Assessment framework.
After being Design Authority and a recognized expert in the Thales Air Mobility Solutions technical directorate, Pascal is now ATC Product Line Architect in charge of the technical roadmap of TopSky-ATC product and Head of Standardisation for the Thales Air Mobility Solutions Business Line.
