Speaker Bio

Davide has a telecommunication background and joined the ESA Iris team in 2018. Under his watch the Iris service has completed the certification process and has become fully operational in Europe. Next objective is to expand Iris’ adoption beyond Europe.

Before joining the Iris team, Davide spent ten years working experience at ESA managing several projects benefitting from the combined use of different space assets (e.g., SatCom, Earth Observation and Navigation) to support European industry to launch profitable services in several domains, such as transportation, telemedicine, oil & gas, e-Government, banking and education.
