Meriem Oubelkass is a strategy and transformation leader specializing in Air Traffic Management and digital services. As Head of ATM Business Line Director at Sopra Steria, she spearheads business strategy, partnerships, and delivery for ATM programs across multiple regions, working closely with ANSPs, European institutions, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
With a background in engineering and extensive experience in ATM systems, program management, and digital transformation, she has advised organizations such as EUROCONTROL and national ANSPs on major transformation initiatives, operational efficiency, and modernization programs. Her expertise covers ATM, ATFCM, ASM, SESAR R&D, cloud and data modernization, and sustainability in aviation.
