Senior Analyst for International Programs
Tania Helena is a Senior Analyst for International Programs at JetBlue Airways, bringing a decade of experience across frontline operations and system level coordination. She began her career as an Airport Crewmember, gaining firsthand insight into customer facing operations before transitioning into System Operations, where she developed a strong understanding of network management and daily flight coordination.
In her current role, Tania focuses on international regulatory compliance, including flight standards, operating permits, and OPSPEC requirements. She works closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Dispatch, and System Operations to strengthen processes and support safe, efficient operations across JetBlue’s international network. She also plays a key role in new city launches, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness from planning through execution.
Tania’s work includes optimizing international airspace usage and routing in collaboration with internal stakeholders, contributing to improved performance, safety, and operational efficiency. She is passionate about enabling crewmembers through better systems and smarter coordination that reflect JetBlue’s values.
Beyond her operational role, Tania is an active advocate in the Latina in Aviation movement, dedicated to fostering inclusion and inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.
