Speaker Bio

Sebastian Babiarz is a senior executive in the drone and digital airspace industry, with nearly two decades of experience advancing the adoption of U-space, UTM, and scalable drone operations. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Skypuzzler. Previously, he held executive roles at DroneUp, DroneHub, and AirMap, following earlier experience in telecommunications with Nokia and Ericsson.
Sebastian is a co-founder of GUTMA and has served as co-president and Executive Board member of the GUTMA/GSMA ACJA working group. He has contributed to the development of Europe’s U-space regulatory framework and was among the industry leaders involved in shaping the EU Drone Strategy 2.0. His work focuses on enabling a safe, interoperable, and commercially scalable drone ecosystem in Europe and beyond.
