Praveen Raju

Global Policy & Ecosystem Development

As a leader in global policy and ecosystem development at Wing, Praveen drives the integration of uncrewed aviation and shapes strategy for UTM and scaled BVLOS operations. He acts as a key liaison between Wing and international organizations, managing industry relationships to support a harmonized, globally interoperable ecosystem. Additionally, by fostering collaboration among global teams, he advances complex initiatives enabling innovative and novel solutions.

During his tenure at the FAA, he spearheaded the definition and implementation of the agency’s foundational UTM architecture and strategy, including the UTM Key Site and UTM Pilot Programs. He also led near-term AAM implementation strategy via the I28 program and shaped AAM policy as a member of the AAM Inter-Agency Working Group.

Praveen holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
