At the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), Olivier Silla heads the department in charge of implementing the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport and Energy. In his previous functions as Head of Unit “Transport investments” at the European Commission’s Directorate general for Mobility and Transport (2017-2022), he led the team in charge of developing and launching the CEF programme for the period 2021-2027. Olivier Silla joined the European Commission in 2000 and served in several positions related to transport and energy policy, transeuropean networks and infrastructure investment.
