Olga Abad is Senior VP CNS Indra Air Traffic Director at Indra, where she is responsible for program governance, strategic planning, and operational execution of large-scale air traffic management and surveillance programs.

She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary and international teams and has been deeply involved in major radar and surveillance initiatives, including U.S. programs supporting the modernization of ATM infrastructure for FAA and other Air Navigation Service Providers.

Olga has a strong background in primary and secondary radar systems, program execution, development strategies, and long-term sustainment of critical surveillance assets. She regularly engages with international stakeholders on technology modernization, performance-driven solutions, and the evolution of surveillance architectures in complex ATM environments.
