Speaker Bio

Marina leads the Human Resources function at Croatia Control Ltd., where she oversees all key HR processes, with a focus on attracting and selecting candidates for highly specialized and safety-critical roles in air navigation.
Her work focuses on strengthening employer branding in aviation — an industry defined by rare skills and high responsibility. She is particularly focused on finding authentic ways to engage new generations and position the profession as both unique and stable.
Marina also chairs the Human Resources Workgroup within CANSO, contributing to the development of HR practices across the global air navigation community.
