Lisa Gardner leads strategy, program execution, and growth for the Federal Civilian Solutions portfolio at Noblis, including key programs supporting the Federal Aviation Administration and NASA. She brings more than 20 years of experience delivering complex federal programs and advancing technology adoption across mission-critical environments.
Ms. Gardner’s portfolio includes work that contributes to the modernization of the U.S. National Airspace System, with a focus on data integration, advanced analytics, and scalable digital platforms. She works with government and industry partners to apply emerging capabilities, such as AI-enabled decision support and improved system-wide data sharing, to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and resilience. Her work has included high-performance computing, agile software delivery, and enterprise program management to deliver mission-focused outcomes.
Ms. Gardner holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a Fellow of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council. She has been recognized by WashingtonExec and the Potomac Officers Club for her leadership in the health IT sector.
