Kenneth Folger is the Senior Director for the Leidos SkyLine Portfolio, where he leads a global portfolio delivering advanced air traffic management solutions to customers across Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Korea, Albania, and the United Kingdom. A recognized leader in the evolution of modern ATM capabilities, he brings a strategic perspective on enabling safer, more efficient, and increasingly integrated airspace operations worldwide. Mr. Folger has held senior leadership roles across multiple Leidos business areas, consistently driving the delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions for U.S. government customers, including the Department of Defense, Department of the Treasury, and the General Services Administration. His work spans large-scale system integration, operational transformation, and the deployment of next-generation technologies in high-stakes environments. Prior to joining Leidos, Mr. Folger served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force, supporting global transportation missions – experience that continues to inform his operational insight and leadership approach. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
