On April 2024, Mr. Hugo Espirito Santo was appointed Secretary of State for Infrastructure of the XXIV Portuguese Constitutional Government, and oversees key sectors including aviation, railways, seaports, and highways.
Before, Mr. Hugo Espirito Santo was a Partner at the Lisbon office of McKinsey & Company.
