Speaker Bio

Ms Flora is an Engineer and the Director of Air Navigation Services at Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority. She is also among the pioneers of EGNOS Africa Joint program (now known as SatNav Africa Joint Program) which support the implementation of seamless and sustainable satellite navigation services in all sectors with aviation as the main driver. She now sits as an expert in her country’s satellite management committee which coordinate, supervise and develop satellite activities.
