Dan Mobsby is an ATM Program Director at, with over 15 years of experience across the aviation sector, including Air Traffic Management (ATM), UAS, aircraft communications, aircraft hardware, and SATCOM. In his current role, he is responsible for global Air Traffic Automation programs, supporting the development and delivery of next-generation ATM capabilities.
Dan has particular expertise in innovative commercial models, multi-vendor ecosystems, and future technology advancement within complex aviation environments. Throughout his career, he has worked across industry, regulatory, and operational domains, bringing a broad perspective to the evolution of aviation systems and services.
Prior to joining RTX, Dan worked for the UK CAA. He holds a degree in Economics & Geography and is based in Sussex, England.
