Speaker Bio

Ms. Carol Teo is currently the Deputy Director of Planning at the ANS Planning and Development division and Deputy Director at the Data & Performance division at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), where she leads efforts in planning for ANS and data management.

In the international arena, Carol chairs the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan-Performance Expert Group (GANP-PEG) and the ICAO Asia Pacific Data Analytics Group to develop, maintain and evolve the performance framework of the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan and the Asia Pacific ATM Performance Framework.

Ms. Carol Teo graduated with Master of Mathematics from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
