Project Officer Aviation Cyber
With over 27 years of experience in IT, Cyber, Military Command & Control (C2) and Aviation Systems, Carlos Passos holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering with several postgraduate degrees, including in Leadership in Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations. He is currently Project Officer Aviation Cyber at the European Defence Agency, following a long career in the Portuguese Air Force and later in the European External Action Service
